The cutting fluid (coolant) chiller is a dedicated support unit for CNC machine tools and machining centers. It continuously cools cutting fluid through forced refrigeration, helping maintain tool hardness, extend tool life, and ensure machining accuracy by preventing thermal deformation caused by high temperatures. Additionally, it inhibits bacterial growth, prolongs the service life of the cutting fluid, and is a key auxiliary device for improving the quality and efficiency of automated machining processes.
